This document describes methods for using ENS to register wallets owned by OpenVinoDAO and wineries.

OpenVinoDAO wallets

OpenVino.eth main domain

• devops.openvino.eth

• incentivies.openvino.eth

• founder.founders.openvino.eth (nominal wallets for OpenVinoDAO founder tokens)

Winery Wallets

Wineries that participate in OpenVino manage and own their own wallets, used for token issuance, token liquidity pool issuance, NFT registration, BioDigitalCert bounty staking, token redeem functions, and task (worklog) documentation.

Although the wineries themselves are responsible for creating the wallets and managing credentials (OpenVino never manages winery or user credentials), these are wallets are registered under the ENS subdomain: winery.openvino.eth (i.e. costaflores.openvino.eth)

This provides OpenVino a mechanism for the platform and users to validate “real” wallets. This also simplifies smart-contract functions to use wallet aliases, rather than hard-coding addresses.

Different wallets include:

• winery treasury (this is where the winery receives funds from VCO crowdsales, and surplus tokens)

• token deployer (used to deploy new tokens)

• biodigitalcert staking

• taskwallet.winery.openvino.eth (nominal wallets used for documenting winery/vineyard activities

• redeem functions (receive funds for redeem transactions)

• OpenVinoDAO (wallet for wineries to hold OpenVinoDAO tokens)
