But to understand how it works, Let's see first, … how does an organization, like a company, work today? A company is a basically is a group of people that do three things: 1.Manage the development and production of the products they sell | scientists? looking at test tubes and investigating stuff. They hand a report to the purple hat wine maker. Wine maker hands bottle of wine to a boss with a clipboard. Boss directs workers moving and stacking boxes of wine. In a traditional commercial organization, investors own shares of the company (pieces of paper) that may or may not be traded on public stock exchanges. Workers and partners are managed by a corporation, which is defined in a specific jurisdiction, someplace in the world | Each color is highlighted in turn. |
