Requirements:

  • 60-90 second master video - almost an 'elevator pitch' which explains the idea in a nutshell.

Additional video content covering the following topics:

  • Introducing Costa Flores.

  • Why an open source company?

  • Wine coins and the blockchain.

  • What technology is being used?

  • Organic (removing certification and increasing trust).

  • Customer feedback model.

  • The customer owns the business.


Additional gathering for broader documentary - further down the line if (when!) the business model is successful and more widely adopted.

Needs consideration:

  • Animation - will likely be very useful to tell the more conceptual elements of the story.

  • How to package additional content. Individual films as above or combinations?

  • Pre-production - We both feel the need to be quite prescriptive to tell this quite complex story. This is especially true for the short introductory clip where there is a lot to pack in.

  • Schedule

  • Expenses

  • Viewer demographic - a broad potential mix of viewers and interest: wine industry; wider industry/business; crypto investors (mix of speculators and long term investors); academic interest.Ā 

  • Cohesive look/feel to OpenVino identity.

  • Delivery/hosting - OpenVino Vimeo/YouTube channel?

  • 4K / HD - initial feeling is 4K to future proof but probably need to discuss.

  • Workflow

  • Examples of content that we admire/seek to emulate that would work for this.
