Onboarding Wineries
This section describes the process for onboarding new wineries to the OpenVino platform.
This documentation needs to be adapted and localized.
Onboarding new wineries, during these complex early days of cryptoassets, requires building a series
of workshops into a consulting package consisting of:
One pre-sales introduction (2h) - to present to interested wineries and regulators.
A Technology explainer (4h): What is crypto/blockchain/IoT and what is OpenVino?
A data gathering evaluation (4h): How can OpenVino apply to a specific winery?
A workshop defining the specifics (4h): What are the tokenomics for the onboarding winery, and how does we integrate OpenVino into existing winery processes.
The three stages could/should be completed sequentially, but not immediately, giving time for internal discussions.
The three stages should be billable. Wineries should be able to cancel after the first session (i.e., if the winery does the 4h technology explainer, and decides they are not ready to continue with TTT, and cancel the other two sessions).
The cost of the seminars should be fixed price (defined by region/marketplace) and guaranteed (i..e, if the winery decides it did not receive adequate value from the sessions, the fee is refundable).
Also, If the winery decides to go forward with OpenVino deployment, the expense of the workshop should be refunded or somehow credited by OpenVino.

Basic Blockchain and crypto explainer (30 min)
How did we get here? - a brief history of blockchain
The problem of scarcity, the double spend problem. (music industry analogy)
Exchanging value…what is digital money? How is it exchanged today? (>92%)
