This document details the manual steps required to register a new wine token on etherscan.

  1. Login as openvino user on etherscan.
    (Can this be done through the API?)
    https://docs.etherscan.io/tutorials/verifying-contracts-programmatically

  2. Initiate token update:
    https://etherscan.io/tokenupdate/


  3. Add the token address (in this example, the address for the MTB23 contract)

  4. Open the “Verify Address Ownership tool, as indicated in the “Token Update Application Form”:

  5. Select the option “Connect to Web3” to sign the ownership verification with metamask:

  6. Sign the message, and then “Click to Proceed”.

  7. And Verify Ownership

  8. “OK” the Notification.
